DESCRIPTION:There is no ethical consumption under capitalism?\nDiscussion\, Zine* Workshop + Küfa**\nWednesday\, 17.11.\, 15:00-19:00; @malobeo\, Kamenzer Straße 38\, 01099 Dresden \nBased on an already existing text about a critique of a consumption critique we want to discuss about consumption under capitalism. Is it possible to buy ethically in this economic system? Are fair-trade products really fair? What about supporting local activist collectives? Can you even do something “good” under capitalism? The goal of this gathering is to create a zine* with our short texts\, statements being supported by collages\, drawings or other art/handcraft pieces. Don’t be shy – there should be something for everybody! The discussion can be in English and in German – depends on the needs of participants. If you want to\, you can bring a laptop or some handcrafting material with you\, however there will be material available that you can use as well. Küfa** shall be ready around 18:00. \n*zine – An inexpensively produced\, non-commercial\, self-published\, often home-made publication \n**Küfa – Küche für alle (Kitchen für all – vegan food) \nWe are letting in a limited number of people. Everybody should wear a mask during the whole time of the event. If possible\, please make rapid COVID-19 tests at home\, anyhow – we will not control them. \n— \nGibt es keinen ethischen Konsum im Kapitalismus?\nDiskussion\, Zine* Workshop + Küfa**\nMittwoch\, 17.11.\, 15:00-19:00; @malobeo\, Kamenzer Straße 38\, 01099 Dresden \nAusgehend von einem bereits existierenden Text über eine Kritik der Konsumkritik wollen wir über Konsum im Kapitalismus diskutieren. Ist es möglich\, in diesem Wirtschaftssystem ethisch zu kaufen? Sind fair gehandelte Produkte wirklich fair? Was ist mit der Unterstützung lokaler Aktivist*innenkollektive? Kann mensch im Kapitalismus überhaupt etwas „Gutes“ tun? Das Ziel dieses Treffens ist es\, ein Zine* mit unseren kurzen Texten zu erstellen\, deren Aussagen durch Collagen\, Zeichnungen oder andere künstlerische/handwerkliche Arbeiten unterstützt werden. Seid nicht schüchtern – es sollte für jede*n etwas da sein! Die Diskussion kann auf Englisch und auf Deutsch stattfinden – je nach Bedarf der Teilnehmenden. Wenn ihr möchtet könnt ihr einen Laptop oder Bastelmaterial mitbringen\, aber es wird auch Material zur Verfügung stehen\, das ihr benutzen könnt.
