DESCRIPTION:Solidaritea Special: International Trans Prisoner Day of Action and Solidarity \n[DE]\nAls Queers und Allies kennen wir die Stigmatisierung von trans* Menschen und nicht-binären Personen nur zu gut. Viele von uns werden in prekäre Lebensverhältnisse gedrängt und erleben Gewalt und staatliche Repression. Diese Ungerechtigkeit trifft besonders diejenigen\, die hinter Gittern sitzen. Doch queere Menschen haben immer Wege gefunden\, gesellschaftliche Isolation mit Liebe\, Solidarität und gegenseitiger Fürsorge zu überwinden. Für Generationen von Queers und trans* Personen war klar: Der Kampf für Selbstbestimmung ist untrennbar mit dem Kampf gegen die Knastgesellschaft verbunden – drinnen und draußen. Der International Trans Prisoner Day of Action and Solidarity wird weltweit am 22. Januar von trans Gefangenen und ihren Unterstützer*innen initiiert und macht ihre Kämpfe sichtbar. \nAm 31.01.25\, von 17 bis 19 Uhr\, laden wir euch daher herzlich zum nächsten Solidaritea und Briefe schreiben an Gefangene ins malobeo ein. Dabei wollen wir inhaltlich an den International Trans Prisoner Day of Action and Solidarity anknüpfen: Wir erinnern an die Kämpfe der George Jackson Brigade und wollen uns darüber austauschen\, was trans* Menschen im Knast brauchen und wie wir über Knastmauern hinweg verbunden bleiben können. Lasst uns gemeinsam die Mauern der Isolation durchbrechen! \nGegen die Knastgesellschaft!\nFreiheit für alle Gefangenen! \n[EN]\nAs queers and allies\, we know the stigmatization of trans* and non-binary people all too well. Many of us are forced into precarious living conditions and experience violence and state repression. This injustice particularly affects those who are behind bars. But queer people have always found ways to overcome social isolation with love\, solidarity and mutual care. For generations of queer and trans* people\, it has been clear that the fight for self-determination is inextricably linked to the fight against prison society – inside and out. The International Trans Prisoner Day of Action and Solidarity is initiated worldwide on January 22 by trans prisoners and their supporters and makes their struggles visible. \nOn 31.01.25\, from 5 to 7 pm\, we therefore cordially invite you to the next Solidaritea and letter writing to prisoners at malobeo. We want to connect this event to the International Trans Prisoner Day of Action and Solidarity: We will remember the struggles of the George Jackson Brigade and want to discuss what trans people in prison need and how we can stay connected beyond prison walls. Let’s break through the walls of isolation together! \nAgainst the prison society!\nFreedom for all prisoners!
