DESCRIPTION:Solidaritea\, Freitag\, 31.03.23\, 17 Uhr im Malobeo\, Kamenzerstr. 38\, 01099 Dresden \n[English below] \nWie jeden letzten Freitag im Monat seid ihr herzlich zum Briefeschreibcafé ins Malobeo eingeladen. Wir zeigen uns solidarisch mit Menschen im Knast\, da wir überzeugt davon sind\, dass Knast und Bestrafung nicht zu einer gerechteren und gewaltfreien Gesellschaft beitragen. Wir wollen eine Gesellschaft in der soziale Probleme bearbeitet anstatt weggesperrt werden. Menschen dürfen nicht kriminalisiert werden\, weil sie arm\, queer oder nicht weiß sind. Menschen dürfen nicht kriminalisiert werden\, weil sie sich nicht den Normen des herrschenden Systems fügen oder aktiv gegen die Zerstörung und Ausbeutung im Kapitalismus kämpfen. \nDie Waldbesetzung Heibo – in Ottendorf Okrilla bei Dresden war ein Ort an dem sich solch widerständige Menschen zusammengefunden haben. Anderthalb Jahre wurde versucht die Ausweitung des Kiesabbaus zu verhindern\, den Wald und die Moore zu schützen und die Bau- und Verkehrswende zu thematisieren. Viele Aktivist*innen und solidarische Personen haben sich auch bei der Räumung am 15./16. Februar 2023 der Polizei in den Weg gestellt und sich damit von den drohenden Repressionen nicht einschüchtern lassen. \nLeider sind wir nicht alle – es fehlen die Gefangenen!\nFinn ist nach wie vor im Knast! Deshalb wollen wir an diesem Freitag u.a. an ihn schreiben\, um die Isolation im grauen Knastalltag zu durchbrechen und ihm zu zeigen\, dass er nicht alleine ist.\nAlles was ihr zum Postkarten und Briefeschreiben braucht\, wird da sein und mögliche Fragen zum Schreiben in den Knast\, Postkontrolle etc. beantworten wir gern. \n\n\n  \nLike every last Friday of the month you are invited to the letter writing café at malobeo. We show solidarity with people in prison\, because we are convinced that prison and punishment do not contribute to a more just and non-violent society. We want a society in which social problems are dealt with instead of being locked away. People must not be criminalized because they are poor\, queer or non-white. People must not be criminalized because they do not conform to the norms of the dominant system or actively fight against the destruction and exploitation in capitalism. \nThe forest occupation Heibo – in Ottendorf Okrilla near Dresden was a place where such resistant people came together. For one and a half years they tried to prevent the expansion of gravel mining\, to protect the forest and the moors and to address the construction and traffic turnaround. Many activists and people in solidarity also stood in the way of the police during the eviction on February 15/16\, 2023 and thus did not let themselves be intimidated by the threat of repression. \nUnfortunately\, we are not all – the prisoners are missing!\nFinn is still in jail! That’s why we want to write to him this Friday\, among other things\, to break the isolation in the gray everyday life in prison and to show him that he is not alone.\nEverything you need to write postcards and letters will be there\, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about writing to prison\, mail control\, etc.
