DESCRIPTION:✒️✏️Save the date \nWorkshop Queer Writing and Publishing \n🏴malobeo\, Kamenzer Straße 38\, Dresden\n🌈 September 27\, 2 – 8 pm \nYou like writing? Join the free workshop of one day intense writing practices about queer texts and editing. We’ll guide you through writing exercises based on your own experiences and show you how to transform them into autofictional texts. Together we’ll discuss political issues of writing and independent publishing. \nAll writing is political whether you write for yourself or for others. Expressing yourself is a powerful tool to counter discrimination and injustice. It can be shared in articles\, books\, online\, channels\, flyers\, posters\, songs. We work upon the world by finding our words – those of anger and criticism as well as those of love and friendship. In times of rising right-wing discourse\, let’s type and write to make our queer voices be heard by us and others. \nThe workshop will be held in English.\nSecond language is German. \nNeed translation into another language? Kommt zu einem Tag intensiver Schreibübungen und Gespräche über queere Texte und queeres Verlegen\, an dem wir euch Übungen zeigen\, wie ihr Erlebnisse und Gedanken in autofiktionale Texte umsetzt. \nJedes Schreiben ist politisch\, egal ob ihr nur für euch schreibt\, oder eure Texte teilt: online auf Foren oder social media oder analog in Artikeln\, Zines und kleinen Publikationen. Schreiben ist eine Entgegnung auf die Welt und ein Werkzeug\, das gepflegt und verwendet werden will\, um Gemeinsamkeit und Solidarität herzustellen und dem aktuellen Rechtsruck etwas entgegenzusetzen. \nWir werden den Workshop weitestgehend auf Englisch halten\, sind aber deutsch muttersprachlich. Alle Schreibniveaus und alle Sprachen sind willkommen !
