Liebe Unterstützer*innen und Freund*innen des malobeo,
als erstes wollen wir Danke sagen!

Dank eures Engagements, ist das malobeo mindestens bis Ende dieses Jahres finanziell gesichert und es besteht keine unmittelbare Gefahr mehr. Spenden haben uns aus ganz Deutschland und sogar noch von weiter weg erreicht und wir sind wirklich dankbar für die Solidarität! <3

Wir fühlen uns gesehen und unterstützt, nicht nur durch Spenden und Kampagne Teilen, sondern auch von verschiedenen Kollektiven und Initiativen, die sich bei uns gemeldet haben.

Wir wollen euch informieren, wie die Spendenkampagne läuft. Zur Zeit besteht noch etwas Unklarheit. Unser Plan ist, genügend Geld durch Spenden zu erlangen, um die Miete zu zahlen und finanziell unabhängig zu sein von staatlichen oder anderweitig autoritären Strukturen.

Wir haben viele Spenden erhalten, aber wir brauchen noch mehr Zeit, bis wir wissen, was einmalige  und was Dauerspenden sind (das ist auf dem Kontozug nicht genau zu erkennen). In jedem Fall fehlen uns immer noch Spenden und deswegen wollen wir auch weiterhin zur Unterstützung aufrufen.

Wenn wir mehr Geld erhalten, als wir zur Zahlung der Miete benötigen, werden wir für Renovierungen oder Biliothekskosten aufwenden (Bücher, Zines, Druckkosten etc.).

Noch eine bitte von uns: Wenn Du das malobeo monatlich finanziell mit mehr als 50 Euro unterstützt und planst, Deine Spende nicht mehr weiterzuführen, lass es uns bitte im Vorhinein wissen. Dann haben wir genügend Zeit, um die Spende zu ersetzen.

UPDATE ABOUT MALOBEO’S DONATION CAMPAIGN

Dear supporters, dear friends of malobeo,
First of all, we would like to say: thank you!
Because of your engagement, malobeo is financially safe for at least this year and is therefore out of immediate danger. Donations have come from all over Germany and even further and we’re really grateful for all the solidarity we have experienced! <3

We feel seen and supported not only donations-wise but also through different collectives, initiatives and newspapers that shared our campaign and reached back to us to inquire about our situation.

We want to keep you informed on how the donation campaign is going. However our situation is not completely sorted out yet. Our plan is to get enough monthly donations to pay the rent and be independent of any state and other authoritarian structures.

We have received lots of donations but we need more time to separate which are long-term and which are one-time donations (on the bank account, it is not clearly visible which sums are monthly transactions). In any case, we still don’t have enough monthly donations and therefore continue with our call for support.

If we get more money than we need to cover the rent and related costs, we will use it for renovation and library costs (books, zines, print costs…).

One more request from us: if you are a monthly contributor supporting malobeo with more than 50€ and you plan one day to stop your donation, please let us know in advance. It will enable us to have enough time to find a replacement solution.
