We are activists from different anarchist groups based in Dresden, Germany, and we are fundraising with the anti-authoritarian collective Solidarity Collectives (Kyiv) for dormitories for displaced people in Kharkiv, Ukraine. In October, we will travel to Ukraine on a solidarity trip to visit various self-organized collectives and organizations supporting people on the ground. We want to bring much-needed supplies, connect with local initiatives, exchange experiences, listen to the people living through the war, and help amplify their voices. Russia’s war against Ukraine is a cruel daily reality for the people living there. Despite burnouts, trauma, a lack of time, energy, material and financial resources, and military draft many continue their work and mutual aid efforts. We are activists from various anarchist groups in Dresden and are raising 700 together with Solidarity Collectives (Kyiv) for an animal shelter in Kharkiv, Ukraine. In October, we will travel to Ukraine on a solidarity trip to visit various self-organized collectives and organizations that support the people on the ground. We want to bring much-needed supplies, connect with local initiatives, exchange experiences, listen to the people living through the war, and help amplify their voices. Russia’s war against Ukraine is a cruel, daily reality for the people living there. Despite burnouts, trauma, lack of time, energy, material and financial resources, and the draft, many continue their work and efforts for mutual aid. As part of our humanitarian trip with Solidarity Collectives to Kharkiv, we will not only meet people displaced by the war but also visit a shelter for rescued animals. Thousands of animals are affected by the war. Activists are trying to bring as many as possible to safety from the front lines. Many of them live in shelters until they are hopefully adopted. To continue this work, resources are urgently needed. We are raising funds for food and medical assistance. Additionally, we need to cover part of the costs for our solidarity trip. We are activists from different anarchist groups in Dresden and are raising 800 for an anti-authoritarian collective in Ukraine: Street Aid Daily (Odesa), Ukraine. In October, we will travel again to Ukraine as part of a solidarity trip to visit various self-organized collectives and organizations that support people on the ground. We want to bring much-needed supplies, connect with local initiatives, exchange experiences, listen to the people living through the war, and help amplify their voices. Russia’s war against Ukraine is a cruel, daily reality for the people living there. Despite exhaustion, trauma, lack of time, energy, material and financial resources, and military conscription, many continue their work and efforts for mutual aid. Street Aid Daily (SAD) organizes community projects and provides assistance to homeless people. Every Sunday, volunteers distribute food and daily necessities and also organize art projects with the people. To continue this work, resources are urgently needed. These include cooking utensils, a power generator, a gas-powered chainsaw, and vegan food. Additionally, we need to cover part of the fuel costs for our solidarity trip.
