Solidarity Trip to Ukraine, October 2026: WE ARE FUNDRAISING 2500
Supporting dormitories for displaced people in Kharkiv with Solidarity Collectives (Kyiv), Ukraine
We are activists from different anarchist groups based in Dresden, Germany, and we are fundraising with the anti-authoritarian collective Solidarity Collectives (Kyiv) for dormitories for displaced people in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
In October, we will travel to Ukraine on a solidarity trip to visit various self-organized collectives and organizations supporting people on the ground. We want to bring much-needed supplies, connect with local initiatives, exchange experiences, listen to the people living through the war, and help amplify their voices.
Russia’s war against Ukraine is a cruel daily reality for the people living there.
Despite burnouts, trauma, a lack of time, energy, material and financial resources, and military draft many continue their work and mutual aid efforts. Solidarity Collectives support anti-uthoritarian fighters at the front, rescue missions for animals at the front line regions, and humanitarian support of internally displaced people.
To continue this work, resources are urgently needed.
We are planning a common trip to Kharkiv to visit dormitories for internally displaced people. A lot of people from east and south-eastern Ukraine had to flee their homes from Russian occupation and destruction. Many people lost their homes and are now living in shared housing. The numbers are rising every day. We are collecting money for washing machines, refrigerators, pillows and other urgently needed items. We also need to cover part of the costs of our solidarity trip.
